Dr. Mazzarella also will see emergency cases by arrangement at the following facilities:
Call the on-call telephone (530) 458-3243 x1027. Even if another surgeon is "on-call" at one of the facilities listed, Dr. Mazzarella can arrange to meet you at the facility and take over your care. Because Dr. Mazzarella offers services not provided by other local surgeons, he is willing to provide this service whenever he is available.
About our insurance policies:
Through a generous arrangement with Colusa Regional Medical Center (CRMC), all insurance plans are accepted when services are provided at a CRMC facility. This includes CMSP (Colusa County only), Workers Compensation, SOFP, MediCal, and Medicare.
Cash payments can be arranged on a sliding scale, and our clinics have experience in providing the highest quality services at the most affordable prices anywhere.
Telemedicine services can be provided for many insurance plans if provided at a qualified center (such as clinic or ER). Direct telemedicine consults between a patient and Dr. Mazzarella (through Skype or other videoconferencing technology) are not currently reimbursable by any insurance company and therefore must be paid by credit card (or PayPal) at the time of consultation.
